These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the x776 platform, accessible at https://x776.cam ("the Platform", "x776", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing content or otherwise using x776, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

x776 is an English-language online gambling information and platform service. 4.1 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, x776 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify x776 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any actual or suspected compromise of your login credentials. x776 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, physical address and any financial details used for transactions. Updates to account information may require supporting documentation.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting x776 support. Any outstanding balance that has met applicable withdrawal conditions will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts subject to open investigations, outstanding disputes or active wagering requirements may not be immediately closable.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. x776 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or administrative charge to dormant account balances in accordance with the specific terms communicated to users at the time of account registration. Prior notice will be provided before any such deduction.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Your use of x776 is subject to the following conditions:

• You will not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying infrastructure, other user accounts or related systems.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly authorised.
• You will not introduce malware, viruses, Trojan horses or any other harmful software or code to the Platform or its connected systems.
• You will not reproduce, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit Platform content without explicit written permission from x776.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that x776 does not guarantee any outcome, return or profit from any game, wager or promotional offer.

x776 reserves the right to monitor Platform activity for compliance purposes, to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to take appropriate action — including account suspension or termination — where violations are identified.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any accumulated bonus winnings.

6.2 Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 No Guaranteed Offers

All financial transactions on x776 are subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available to you will be displayed in the Platform's live cashier section. x776 may reference familiar Pakistani payment brands — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of methods commonly known to Pakistani users. 7.2 Deposit Terms

8.3 Verification Channel

If you receive such a request from an unknown source claiming to be x776, do not respond and contact our support team immediately.

x776 is committed to maintaining a responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be an entertainment activity and must never be viewed as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

• Sharing access to your account with any third party or using another user's account credentials

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit:

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity holding the relevant gaming licence is incorporated, as specified in the operator's licensing disclosure documentation.

Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights you may hold under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
